More positive video game feedback

Violent video games are known to cause aggression and other bad side effects. But, not that this is supposed to be your main focus because the positive benefits may as well heavily outweigh the negative side effects. Most people know some of the positive effects that playing video games cause including: improving problem solving skills, teamwork, hand eye coordination, and multitasking. They are also known to help make people faster at processing and using visual information. But is there anything else that makes playing video games a good thing? Well the latest sequel of the Halo franchise "Halo 4" is offering a special event to do such a thing.

7th Annual Fight Like a Girl Halo Charity Tournament
Halo 4 is offering their seventh annual FLAG (Fight Like A Girl) Halo charity tournament so that you can play Halo 4 while raising money and awareness for breast cancer research. This is done through three different events on three different days: a creative bundle submission, a 2v2 team tournament, and a grifball tournament. Each event requires a different cash fee to enter each of the tournaments, but it all goes towards the cause. The dates of the tournament are November 16th through November 18th. Last year the Halo community raised over five thousand dollars to benefit charity and this year it is projected to be even higher. And since the FLAG tournament was organized in 2006 it has raised over $27,000 for breast and cervical cancer research. So spend some time not only enjoying some of the good effects of playing video games, but also donate towards a good cause.
