For better or for worse.

I know I probably will be very optimistic in this blog but bear with me please. In this day and age what we eat and how much we eat is a huge topic. Eating healthy and exercising is something that is stressed to everyone. Although eating healthy is something that most people would enjoy doing, it is an inconvenience to most because many people are unable to pay the price that stores sell the healthy food for. Organic food or food that isn't processed is very expensive because it I costly to maintain, which is very understandable. There has to be another alternative for people with low income to be able to eat healthy. It is very unfair to say that’s just the way things go because it is something that can be fixed. It is crazy to me how America is so about making money that they do anything including risking the health of others by raising too many chickens in one areas, or placing steroids in food to make more of it. What is all of this for we ask and the answer to is to produce more to get more money. I understand that half of the reason for not eating healthy is because people choose not to, but if unhealthy affordable food is all that’s out there then what else do people expect. In my opinion I think that America should invest more time in producing food that is more healthy and affordable instead of trying to find ways to help people lose weight because eating unhealthy is the reason many people are the way that they are. I believe that if we encourage stores to come up with substitutes and more ways to produce healthier food then the goal could be accomplished.
